Brand relationship: TTA is the legal business entity (a Kansas S Corporation), doing business as HowTo Aria — and, for its junk-removal service, doing business as Open Corp Junk Removal. HowTo and Aria are the product and brand names TTA operates under, and howtoaria.com is TTA's website. Any SMS message sent under any of these names is sent by TTA. TTA, HowTo Aria, and Open Corp are the same single business.
TTA builds and operates HowTo Aria — assistant software for small-business owners, especially owner-operators in the home-service and skilled trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, junk removal, auto repair and similar). The product is delivered as a web application, a desktop application, and an iOS application.
The problem it solves: a small-business owner spends hours every week on paperwork, missed calls, quoting, scheduling and follow-up instead of doing the work that earns money. Aria handles that back-office load so the owner stays on the tools.

Program name: HowTo Aria Business Alerts, operated by TTA.
Use case: Low volume, mixed — account notifications, job and lead alerts, appointment confirmations, and one-time verification codes.
Who receives messages: (1) business owners who create an account and provide their mobile number, and (2) their customers, who provide consent to that business directly.
We collect express written consent in two places. No message is ever sent to a number that has not opted in, and we never purchase, rent, or share phone number lists.
When an owner creates a HowTo Aria account on our website, they enter their own mobile number and check an unchecked consent box next to this exact disclosure:
When someone contacts one of our customers through a website TTA hosts for that business, the contact form carries the same style of unchecked consent box before it can be submitted. A live example of one of these forms is publicly viewable at howtoaria.com/junk.
